Requirements:

• Lead and mentor a team in projects involving Drupal, PHP, MySQL, Word Press, Java, MVC Architecture, Web Services, MySQL, Apache, JavaScript, XML, and AJAX
• Create technical specifications and other SDLC related documentation
• Liase and co-coordinate between Project Manager, Development team and QA
• Schedule Technical Update meetings on a weekly basis
• Monitor projects, extend post implementation services, application maintenance, documentation and train end users in new environment
• Demonstrate a disciplined approach to planning and problem solving
• Communicate proactively and with excellence
• Software design and architecture skills

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years Experience
• Must have Excellent written communication skills
• Experience with software engineering concepts and SDLC
• Extensive experience with Linux and Windows Server Management
• Successful product lifecycle experience, from the conceptual stage through product launch and post-launch support
• Strong leader with experience in project management techniques, task allocation, resource management and risk management analysis
