Technology Moves On; Has your System Kept Up?
The multitude of items of software and hardware your organization has paid good money for are supposed to work perfectly; but do they? And the website that sells your image – and possibly your products – all around the world is meant to work and look great on any browser, operating system and computer; but does it? Let Koves Technologies put all your websites and IT hardware and software through our rigorous tests – the result will be a smooth-running, fast, secure and usable experience for you, your employees and your customers.
The Ravages of Time
To be fair, most applications and pieces of equipment do work perfectly at the start of their lives. And a professionally created website should have cross-browser compatibility as standard. But the T in IT does stand for “technology”, so nothing stays pristine and relevant for too long. Software becomes incompatible with anything from a new operating system to a new graphics card. Users change preferences and make modifications that do not benefit efficient running. Outdated website security is overcome by hackers and spammers, and new online technologies make old content formats obsolete.
Koves’s Quality Assurance for New and Old Systems
Starting with a thorough analysis of every aspect of your online and offline IT infrastructure, we’ll soon have a feel for where it presents bottlenecks, compatibility issues and security threats. As we dig deeper, we’ll be thinking of solutions to the problems that complement each other and don’t lead to new problems. We’ll then start to design and test frameworks for a range of potential scenarios, set up sample runs, perform debugging and implement the solution onto your system, with thorough follow-up testing and analysis. (If all this fails, we’ll press Ctrl Alt Delete, then try switching everything off and on again …)
For the Technically Minded …
