Responsibilities & Purpose: We are seeking a Lead Project manager with proven track record of delivering top quality projects. You will be working in the India office in concert with our dynamic US based team and oversee multiple small to medium-size Web design, development and e-marketing projects. You will be responsible for hands-on management of projects, as well as oversight of other team leaders. The position requires extensive experience and knowledge of the SDLC, particularly for Web-based software applications.

You will also be responsible for management of staff, including recruiting, vendor selection, hiring, and employee management. Project oversight requires management of schedule and financial performance, and assurance of successful completion of project requirements.

Key Requirements for Success:

• Extensive knowledge of SDLC principles required.
• Experience and knowledge of Web software technologies and their application to Web-based systems.
• Experience in documenting Website Requirements Specifications (WRS) and Statement of Work (SOW).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, oversee and mentor team leaders, and oversee project staff.
• Timely completion of projects according to target dates as specified at the initiation or handover of projects to [him or her].
• Ability to operate and maintain a Project Management Information System (PMIS).
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, managing and evaluating talented individuals and vendors.
