Site Aims to Establish a Unique Brand Identity for Richmond CenterStage and Showcase the Excellence and Variety of its Work

RICHMOND, VA., May 1, 2007 – Koves Technologies is pleased to announce the completion of Phase 1 of Richmond CenterStage’s Web site development project. Richmond CenterStage, formerly known as the Virginia Performing Arts Foundation, leads the development and operation of world-class performing arts facilities, services and programs to promote excellence, diversity and education. Richmond CenterStage strives to accomplish its goal in a fiscally responsible manner, for the benefit of the people and performing arts institutions of the Richmond Region and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

“The Web site is integral to demonstrating that [Richmond CenterStage] is not just a place; but also a collaborative starting point for people and programs to come together for the purpose of serving a diverse community,” said Bob Mooney, Executive Director of Richmond CenterStage. “With performers having the opportunity to showcase their talent in an energetic and entertaining way, we wanted to reflect that high energy and excitement on our Web site in an unexpected and unique way. Working with Koves Technologies has allowed us to provide information in a format that is anything but traditional.”

Phases 2 and 3 will commence in early 2008 and 2009, respectively, with goals that include refining features created under Phase 1 and introducing sophisticated Web tools to showcase Richmond CenterStage’s education, programming and ticketing activities.
