Support & Maintenance
No project is truly complete. Your tastes and needs will change as your business grows and expands into various directions. After we set your website “live”, it is customary for you to have on-going support and maintenance needs. Our clients generally retain us for a long-term relationship in which we continue to develop products that will suit their changing needs.
Support means that we will be available to you should you need any assistance with the technical aspects of your site, should you find that you do not understand.
Maintenance means that we will remain available to help you update your site when you need us. For example, many of our clients update their site with new articles and announcements weekly. They send the new articles to us and we put them on the site.
Maintenance also includes upgrading your applications and design. Often, our clients will want to give their site a fresh look and feel periodically by altering images, providing a new function, such as a user-poll, or adding an entirely new section.
