Auto Reps is an auto broker that has a strong online presence and allows users to search for vehicles in their locality using their own criteria and opt to have a representative negotiate a deal on their behalf.
Auto Reps wanted a simple to use system that allows car dealers to update a readily accessible database of their inventories and track sales statuses and quotes so that potential customers get a fair deal and the sales process is simplified. Customers should be able to view the inventory online and choose the vehicle they are interested in without having to tour the showrooms.

The Challenges It was required that various suppliers could update the database and different staff members and connected dealerships should be able to access it. The database also had to be integrated with a customer relationship management system. |

The Solution A web-based solution was created that allows all relevant details on a particular vehicle to be entered into its profile as well as a photograph which can simply be dragged and dropped into place. The dealerships’ vehicles can then be listed by whatever criterion the customer places the most importance on, be it mileage, price, make, model, or age. This way of doing things speeds up the whole process as customers don’t end up viewing and test-driving vehicles they have little interest in. The added loan and lease calculator and CRM all add to the customer’s experience. |
